My broaband internet connection is down from April 28th. I have registered a telephonic compalint on 02-05-2010 through 2282198 and received the docket No. 1000294894 . The complint remain unattended and on 16-06-2010 I called Khamla (Nagpur) exchange on 2292035 for enquiring status of complaint registered and received the answer your telephone number is noted here.
