Rworld problem is not resolved
Sir i got one new LG10000 cdma set 1month back. My Rworld is not opening. When i click on rworld menu one message comes that is “Unbale to retrieve catalog.Please try again later(18)”. I have complained several times but it is not yet resolved. Customer care people say It would be resolved soon but it is not yet solved. I think reliance is not concerned about customer problems. No Incoming Outgoing calls
On contacting Airtel Gallery Customer Service at Mira Road, I was told that my number 9867172676 has also been allotted to one Mr.Jaiswal of Antop Hill, Mumbai. After re-applying for the same number once again and after repeated phone calls daily, the number got connected only for a day. T’after, there is no incoming nor outgoing calls from my cell. I have purchased sony ericsson Mobile from Mobile Store Kolkata (41/B Bhawanipur Ashutosh Mukherjee Road Kol-25 Near Jadubabu Bazzar) on 18-03-09 invoice no(WB/2283/00001/8791).The set started giving problem after April-09 onwards i reached to Mobile store they advice to give the Cell at service centre. i have registered with DNDC for my bsnl cell number 9442134444 on 20/10/09. it has been 6 months still i am getting ad sms daily of 10-15 messages per day. i am fed up with this . I called customer care and also visited bsnl showroom in madurai, but still my problem is not solved, Can i go to consumer court?
