Airtel both incomming and out going is cut
I had given March 30th the application for coverting my post paid connection number 9840103503 to pre paid.
The same day it self they converted it into pree paid.I was happy about the service.

promotional calls and sms
hi,
I keep receiving a lots of promotional messages almost everyday…..can anybody help what i can do about it. I tried making a complaint to 198 airtel service provider. but they keep saying that they have forwarded the complaint. however i don’t see any resolution happening. Kindly help

aur sabme network problem bahut aate hai. samne wale ko messages kariban 1-2

I have recharged my mobile (9730600838) with RC67 sms pack. It has validity of 30 days & 500 sms free (local & std). But when send sms even to a local number Re.1 is deducting from my main account. My sms limit for one day doesn’t exceed by 100 sms.
Kindly take the action ASAP.

Message could not be sent
This is Ishwarya. I have been using 9790895343 this airtel no. for long time.
Recently i had put rs.245 booster in which 24,000 SMS free and A to A 10ps for 3Months.
Right from 29th April message could not be sent from this number.
I had contacted the airtel customer care more than 6 to 7 times.
promotional calls from idea cellular inspite of my number being registered in DND.

Wrong deduction of balance of my aircel prepaid account
On 5 april 2010,i received a msg on my aircel prepaid no.8083118338,that,”a service named ‘friends zone’ has been renewed for 30 days”,which is not activated by me,and 30 rupees hasbeen deducted from my account.It is not the first time last month, on 16th march, 20 rupees had been deducted.plz help me,company is not accepting their fault.
