I found wrong deduction of balance from my prepaid account,on dt-13.04.10 evening.This is not for the first time .Before this i have unsuscribe from dialertone service,but after 2-3 days it activate automatically.I have already post complaint in customer care,but every time same answer from them i,e we can’t do nothing for you.If they have nothing to do then why you have such type of people.I have already deducted rs 100/- in 2-3 monthes.If you can’t take any action against it then i have to choose another service.My mob no-9716876292.
