disturbance after dnd

I am using loop mobile for over 6 months and my number is 9773342730. I have activated dnd service at the time of purchase only. But, even today i am getting promotional calls about caller tunes etc.. I have tried activating the service again but it says the dnd is already activated.

kindly take this matter into consideration and stop making those calls.

Frequent Disruption of Mobile Services

Dear Sir,
I purchased a Pre-paid AirTel SIM at Amarkantak, Distt. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh in the last week of January 2009. Since its activation, the mobile no. 9755386571 allotted to me has hardly worked for two days at a stretch. Frequent complaints to the Customer Care have yielded nil, repeat, nil results.
Even text msg is not acknowledged by the customer care no. 98930 98930.

Do not disturb registry

Despite having registered on the “Do Not Disturb Registry”, I am receiving pestering text messages from the Tele marketers engaged by India Today. For instance, in a span of five hours, I have received the same message 13 times from TM-India Tdy and TA- India Tdy desiring that I should purchase 7 DVDs from them and for ordering the same I should send text message to 567678.

Marketing calls after registering with ‘Nationa Do Not Disturb’

I registered with Spice Telecom for ‘Do Not Disturb’ facility for promotional calls and SMS in 2008 and got the confirmation on 17th June, 2008 stating that : “Dear Customer, Promotional call & sms from spice will be blocked by 27/06/2008 & the same will be blocked from other telecalling agencies by 45 days. – Spice”.
