Getting Promotional Messages even after completing DND registration

I have registered for DND, a year back. I was happy that for some months, i didn’t receive any promotional messages. But from last two months i am receiving messages from ‘TM-XXXX” where XXXX is the name of the sender. Today i received one from ‘TM-KCR’. Please help!
