Blackberry Service – Rs 299 cut but no service
Given Rs 299 for Airtel;s blackberry service on 27Jan10. But till date no service received. Went to Airtel’s Office in IT Part, Sec 35 Chandigarh and numerous calls to their customer care but no body talked politely and tried to help me. Status – Still no service. I had compalined on 02.02.2010 about unauthorised debit by the company for Audio Movie Pack. They had debited Rs.30/- from my account without asking for any value added services. They are just slapping the v.a.s. on customers. Now I am getting the message from the company that your complaint has been resolved but where is my money .Till today I have not got my money back. I have never subscribed for joke SMS. But in spite of repeated SMS to deactivate,Ref.my SMS to customer care from30.Jan.10 to 10 Feb.10 totatling 16 sms, I have stoped calling from this mobile since 30.01.10, but still sms comming and Re.1/day is deducting from frommy account. please stop and deactivate joke.
