If a Complaint is filed in English in any CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM in Maharashtra and the Complainent is requesting the reply from Defendent in English because the Defendent filed the reply in Marathi and the Complainent may not understand the reply correctly, can the Complainent’s request be rejected by the Forum?
