Tata sky activated two active channel packs on their own. Old trick to fool consumers. Secondly they have suddenly withdrawn Star cricket HD channel which was available till last week. On calling, their representative says it was never in the HD access pack. Then how come we watched it till last week. This can easily be cross checked.When all other HD channels are coming why block just this. Since cricket matches are going on they can force us to pay more. Another Trick!

We are unnecessarily paying for active channels we don not want. We are not receiving HD channel we want despite paying 100 rs per month.

Deactivate active packs. Refund the money. Immediately start beaming Star cricket HD. Never again in future activate or deactivate any channel without my expressed consent
