I had claimed insurance from the AMAR CAR – BARODA… the maintenance of the vehicle takes 1 and half month time… following are details of the work which is not complated at that time… COMPLAIN NO : 6793410540

1. Fiber fittings of the Door not proper some buttons missing..
2. New Glass fitted but viper Not checked…. Glass not clean up properly.

insurance company called my number inspite of me being registered in the NDNC

Inspite of my residence phone no. being registerd in NDNC,i got a call from Religare Insurance company-phone no:0172-5042015,a person naming himself Kapil Gupta,telling about their new plan.
Please register my complain, & please also make sure that i dont get any such calls in future.

i registered for dnd on feb 2009 on mob no.9891901141. but i still receive telemarketing call regularly from BIRLA LIFE INSURANCE (where I got the call the no. is 01143633613)& Also get some sms from school & service centre TA-DSR School , TM-R D School. I am Annoyed with this. Please Help.

I have registerd my brothers no. in ndnc in October 2008 but still I m receiving calls & messages from ICICI bank regarding account opening & when I asked him about where did he got my details from so he started abusing on call the agent name was Amit Jain & the no. from which he called me was 01130710833 and moreover this no. has no. incoming facility. I have taken the above policies in the name of my chileren as an investment for my children by paying premium of Rs. 10000 each. The policies were taken for 3 minor children of Mrs. Rashmi Jain (Arshin, Anisha and Pragya Jain) for investment of the sum as a single premium investment policy.

Misselling Forged Signature on Application Form

One of the reliace executive contacted me on phone for there ULIP Insurance. i called him at home at that time he didnot gave me the full information. I was suppose to travel outside India. before leaving i was trying to make some investment. i gave him a cheque of 10000 and asked him to get the ULIP policy issue on my wife’s name. i gave hiom this cheque on 25th Oct’ 2008.
