Surveyor asking money to process the claim

Surveyor was asking money to process the claim & now when i’ve registered the complaint against the surveyor so he’s threatening to deduct the claim amount and delaying the same so seeking support for early resolution.

I claimed for my Medical Expances and company is not paying to me since 2 months now. and even not answering my online quries.

They didn’t respond me back with any status fo my calim.
