I bought nokia 3110 model on 15/03/2009 at poorvika shop avadi, having bill.
1st Complaint – When entering in to inbox folder mobile automatic switch off and restart. Taken to nokia care at ambattur on 08-02-10, they newly loaded the software, all my contact number gone, which they informed before (nokia care number 044-26357164).

Since last one month (After returning from Italy on 16.09.09) I am telling your cutomer care to De-activate the international roaming service in my phone. But still they didn’t de-activate the international roaming and also they are not giving any complain No.
