Dear Sir,
I bought nokia 3110 model on 15/03/2009 at poorvika shop avadi, having bill.

1st Complaint – When entering in to inbox folder mobile automatic switch off and restart. Taken to nokia care at ambattur on 08-02-10, they newly loaded the software, all my contact number gone, which they informed before (nokia care number 044-26357164).

2nd Complaint – On 14-04-10 mobile often automatically switch off even when baterry charge available. And on 24-04-10 automatically all contact deleted and all settings changed to hindi language from english.

With this mobile I felt so bad, worst experience, lost my personal time. Stored contact deleted and suffered to get the same number. Finally I bought samsung mobile for urgency and using it, I am really affraid to buy nokia mobile because of this bad experience.

If Possible take my nokia phone and give ok new mobile. Then I’ll be happy.
