Dear Sir,
I want to inform to you that DND(Do not disturbed ) Services had been activated on my mobile but one message has come about 2-3 days duration for voice chat from RP-56694 . I had been made two complaints about this services ,but till now this services are not deactivated by Reliance ,I was called more time for this services to the customers care but do not responced me and detected money Rs.30 from my balance today(25-04-2010) .
please!help me on this situatation and take proper action about this.
