Main Account Balance deduction

I had recharged my Balance (Mob No.9755105495) with the Rs.50 SMS Unlimited pack on 25.03.2010.
I also started getting the free SMSes straightaway.
But suddenly in the evening,AIRTEL started deducting my Main Account Balance.
Upon calling at the cust care (198), they told that they had some problem in their server & the problem will be rectified by 26.03.2010.

Closeed my outgoing incoming calls.

I have purchesed a prepaid sim of Airtel.
After few days my outgoing & incoming
calls has closed .When I contected to the
shopkeeper(Pushpanjali,Shivpuri),he
talk to the authorised person of Airtel.
He advised me that submit the required
documents again.I have submitted all required documents(i.e- Driving licence
