i recharged my number on 9-march-2010 with Rs. 63(unlimited sms pack). But i am being charged Rs1 per sms from 8.00 pm 11-march-2010. I complaint to the customer care executive,but my problem is not solved yet

My moblie No. 98312 61175. I charged power of Rs.38.00 on 03.02.2010, Tran. Id 548836974 for 1paise/sec. call charges scheme. But airtel is deducting .50 paise per call charges. I have made so many complain to airtel customer care service. But no action has been taken and they are continue to deduct 50 paise per call instead of 1 paise/sec. call.
