As per my telecon with your customer care representative on thursday (7/10/2010), regarding the deactivation of service sms which i am receiving from your company. i have inform them again and again but they are saying that “we have already deactivated all the services”. It’s still not deactivated.
Kindly look into this matter and arrange to get clear as early as possible.
Without any self-activation or instruction my Mobile No. has subscribed a VAS called “Chota Radio” and deduct Rs. 10/- form my balance. When I asked to Customer Care Executive, he told me that “sir please enjoy the service” .. !!!!!.

Rs.10 was deducted from message 54321 for internet link as i donot have internet mobile service.And neither i rcvd.call from customercare nor i rcvd.refund and today again Rs.30 deducted by same message 54321 as i told on 26.07.10 to deactivate this service if wrongly activated. Continue reading
