I have lodged a complaint for the IFB Washing Machine (service centre contact no 18604255678 on the 5th of September for 2 reasons
1. Door hinge broken
2. Machine makes too much noise
poor servicing/repairing
Our moderately new front loading fully automatic washing machine (whirlpool w/m sensation) (Sl. No. 918001060800889) is under repair sine past seven months. Many a times the machine has been attended by the visiting Technicians and many a times the machine has also been taken to the Company’s service station of Ahmedabad division, but, yet the machine couldn’t be made into working condition. i got my washing machine repaired and serviced from an authorised service centre of bpl washing machine i.e ashish electronics cemetry road fountain chowk ludhiana. ut soon after the service machine again started giving problems and when the centre was contacted mr karam singh not only refused to rectify the problem but also talked rudely stating that bpl complany is now closed.
