Fraud late payment charges
This is to inform you that from last September’2008, I have been charged late payment fees every month and the accrued interest on it.But I have dropped my cheque on the drop box on time. Unauthorized transactions on HSBC credit card
On 21-Jan-10 early morning hours three fraudulent transactions were carried out by unknown people on my credit card. I already declared these transactions as unauthorised and fraudulent on the same day morning as a reply to HSBC’s e-mail alert.
