The SBI credit card dept is literally harrasing me from past 3-4 months.They keep calling every 15-20 days and tells me abt the card scheme.They must hve called 7-8 times.I am completely fedup with them.

I hold an ABN Amro bank Credit card and an amount of 10,300 was converted into 12 EMI’s and some body from the Customer service gave me the idea of converting the amount into EMI’s. Customer service is a very intangible asset that service providers launch to show the world that they really care for their customers.
In reality, this is just a hogwash.. an eye wash, a complete BS mechanism.
In reality, there is no care for the customer, only the money needs to be coming into the service providers account or they will send collection agents to kill the customer.
