blank parcel without material provided
a pendrive via assingment no. 195904764 dt 05-07-10 was sent from ludhiana to lucknow. blank envelop with a hole having no pendrive in it, is provided to the person at lucknow on 08-07-10. non delivery of consignement
on 27.04.’09i had sent a parcel from hospet containing important items immediately required by my daughter studying in gulbarga through first flight couriers ltd which has not been delivered as of now i.e., even after 7 days. hospet to gulbarga is well connected by ksrtc buses which take 7 to 8 hours of journey.
delay in despetch of courier

i have despetch a document with blazeflash courier receipt no 291599571 dt 02.02.09 from Jammu to Patiala. but till date (13.02.09), my courier not despetch at patiala and nethier this document given back to me. i have several time mail to company. i have talk with blaze flash office jammu on phone. they did not give me postive reply.
