Talkcharge.com is a recharge site i am using since last month.they offered to deposit 5000 with a cashback of 250 rs. I deposited the same via debit card. Order no. – tc016030106 3726150041 my talkcharge id – manojpathak92@gmail mob no registered- 9311XX9900 next day they made my e-wallet balance to zero without any notification. I thought may be some technical error when i asked they told you have to make your id kyc approved by sending your document.now my questions are 1 all e commerce wallet give transaction limit upto 10000 rs if kyc is not done. 2. They do not block customers money for this reason. 3. No intimation from their side regarding this. 4. Till now they have not send any of their address, where i can send my documents. 5. If i am not able to send my kyc documents, i have asked them to return my money back to the same account but no reply from their side

Now i think i have been trapped and this company have looted 5000 from me. Do whatever necessary action you can take and help me to get my hard earned money.
