I had joined gym at Talwalkars … Sector 09. SCO 326, Pincode – 134109, Panchkula on 11 august 2013. i was promised good services and proper attention by special trainers and staff towards helping to build my body and tone it into good shape. but after receiving full amount, the quality of service and gone down. they are not ready to attend me at all, neither they are listening to my problems. when i told them that i want my money back if they want to behave so, they told me in challanging way that sir ” forget about your money , it cant be returned, its our company policy”. this is cheating and fraud. they did a fake promise. As i have mentioned above that there was no trainer available to intrust how to do a particular excercise i even got muscle cramps in my hips and shoulders. I had to take 1 day leave from gym as i was not able to walk properly even. i was made to 70kg calf raise excercise which made my knee bone to suffer from extreme pain( here gym trainer Raj told me to do this). So conclusion is that their trainers are giving wrong intructions + they are not providing proper service to me, as by not listening to what i am saying or even if i want any sort of help. I dont want anything or claim any extra money from all the bosy problems they have caused to me, i just want my money back so that atleast i can get a proper physiotherapy for the cramped muscles.
