Airtel – false promises

I had taken an Airtel 4LTE wireless connection on November 2011 with an investment of 2500/= ,Dongle price. They promised a speed of 22mbps speed up to 6GB and thereafter a speed of 125kbps unlimited for the month. The monthly fixed bill was 935 plus service tax. During first month, for fifteen days, the speed was ok and I could access Youtube without buffering. The speed was reduced to bare 15 kbps after 15 days. I complained about the speed, nothing happened. After payment of 2nd monthly subscription for first three days speed was ok, thereafter I could not access websites due to speed problem. I repeated my complaint and stated that I would stop the service, but of no use. After payment of 3rd monthly subscription, service did not improve. Fed up with no improvement, I stopped the service and communicated them. I had to invest another 2500 to get internet. Airtel has been repeatedly calling me from this mobile number 9831364783 and another mobile number for last seven months with fictitious bills despite reminding them from the inception that I have stopped their service for false promises about services. Sir, I would kindly request you to do the needful so that such unsolicited calls do not come to me and teach the service provider a lesson so that they do not repeat such acts again.
