I was asked to pay the electricity charges in commercial tariff for no fault of mine. They had refunded the amount collected by them as back period amount but they are not refunding the amount collected in commercial tariff which is their fault.

I want them to refund the money collected with interest and a compensation amount of RS50,000 for their deficiency in service.
