Telecom – Wrong Billing

i have been requesting for reconciliation of my monthly payment from the start of my subscription which is pending since 3 months. i had got a mail with an excel sheet attached, in which it shows no one month payment is pending, basis that i made the payment. however, next month they started demanding 2 months stating i have an outstanding of 2 months. i have complained many times on email and thru contact center, but in vain.

i need senior person to intervene in this and close the matter once by giving me in writing that such thing will not be repeated.
