hello I Giriraj Dharan hold a golden harvest scheme account no 21801 opened at Tanishq J M road branch pune on 01 nov 2013. I had paid eight installments(Nov 2103 instrumentalist paid by card and rest all ECS through account upto june 2014) of the scheme and the scheme went for closure from titan industries. i got transferred from pune to hyderabad thus got my scheme transferred from pune to hyderabad tanishq A S Rao nagar branch. Now when i went for the reimbursement of the amount i am being told that my last installment had not been credited into tanishq account whereas it has been deducted from my bank account. on further query it was found that money has been credited but the pune branch sent a credit note to hyderabad stating that the last installment will not be included in the scheme and the customer will not get the benefit of the same and last installment will be refunded to him in cash without any benefit. i have submitted the bank account statement to the hyderabad branch You are requested to look into the matter and tell me that if the amount has been deducted and money was lying with the pune branch them why the customer should be penalized. If such is the GOODWILL of tanishq the pl let me know the final outcome so that i can tell the others also about the GOODWILL you hold.
