On 6th December 2014 at Bilaspur Tanishq order for finger ring with yellow sapphire was ordered. They were supposed to deliver it on 11 january 2014. But they didn’t as it was not ready. on 12 th jan they had called me saying”madam your finger ring is ready” . When I reached outlet they showed me ring in which Yellow Sapphire ring was not studded and finshed good was not ready. They said come tomorrow we will deliver you. Again I went on 14th january 2015 they said madam finger ring made is wrong its not skin touch hence we di not fit the yellow sapphire stone on it. Company is agreeing with the mistake as it was for astrological purposebut it is not skin touch. You have to reorder it. As I stay in Mumbai and my parents stay at Bilaspur where order was placed. It was not possible for me to stay back at Bilapsur. So by fighting I had asked Bilaspur Tanishq that refund my whole money . They said we will deduct 10% for stone as our store has done the billing of stone seperately and you can take the amount back. I said I never got the finished good they said its company rule. I said then transfer my credit note to Mumbai Goregaon East tanishq where I will place the order. Somehow after fight and all one employee from Bilaspur Tanishq had helped and transfered by credit Note of 81000 to Tanishq Goregaon East and rest 6702 /- was refunded to me as it was paid by cash.

As company was holding 88000/- from 6th December for making my product and after due date also product was not delivered . I need either of the two mentioned below. 1)I need an interest of 88000/- for 40 days which company had blocked for making my product 2) If company can’t pay me interest of 88000/- then company should provide me special discount as i have bared a loss. I had mailed to company regarding this but they didn’t bothered to take action by paying me interest or discount they didn’t replied me back regarding how they will compensate my loss.
