We entered into a contract for water proofing and screed concrete laying of my terrace at 80INR per Sqft. After taking advace on 26th for 10000 INR he started delaying work. After requesting many times he sent very bad workers . They did very bad chipping after that he delayed again asking for more money . When I wanted to cancel the contract and asked for my money back he promised to complete the work in one day and that I have to ready 90% of contract value.I agreed and he came with some bad workers and did job in hurry making all mess. Water proofing layer was done incorrectly with expired chemicals with wrong technique. Work was done unprofessionally workers fighting and labours wanting to go home . But still could not complete the work as a result my terrace now has a joint.

Next day he sent 4 workers but he did not come to supervise so the workers did not mix chemicals and did the work in very bad way fighting with each other. It’s a nightmare of an experience . Please don’t make the same mistake as me he will give all fake promise and guarantee but work is very bad and poor quality. This is how he is cheating innocent customers by charging high rates and using EXPIRED CHEMICAL WITH CHEAP AND BAD LABOUR .He and his workers are all low grade people. Don’t believe him nor his guarantee. very low grade work liar and cheat. BEWARE!
