I Ordered food from Tastykhana.in on 13-10-2014 07:50 PM, full order detail is as follows: Name | niraj Mode of Payment | Online Payment Order Number | NDDZQMGFJM Date / Time of Ordering | 13-10-2014 07:50 PM Date / Time of Delivery | 13-10-2014 08:59 PM Contact Number | 8285171823 Delivery Address | 803, second floor, shakti khand 4 Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, I didn’t get the order by 9:30 PM, then I tried the phone number given on their website but no one responded. Then I contacted them via live chat on their website at around 10.15 PM but they also could not resolve the problem and around 11 PM they respond me that the order could not be fulfilled and it has been cancelled via the live chat only. They didn’t even bothered to mail me or call me about the status. After the cancellation they promised me to refund my money as well as give 200 reward points, which they call trinkets, but it has been more than 20 days and they have not refunded my money yet. even they are so shameless that they are showing the order as a successful one.
I want my money back and also some compensation for poor service and the insult which I faced because of them in front of my guests. I don’t want any reward points or trinkets because I don’t want to order via their website again. To compensate my insult I want an apology letter from their side also.
