I have booked a car insurance policy with TATA AIG earlier later during renewal I made a payment with some wrong input and asked for a refund and now it is more than 2 weeks still my refund is not initiated 15000 is at stake don’t know what to do escalation team is also not responding pathetic services being a TATA Employee will never recommend TATA AIG – never buy anything from them
