TATA AIG Insurance – Not settling the insured amount

My car UP14BM8730 met with an accident on 22nd June and was transited to Kashyap Fiat Noida on 23rd June. The car was further inspected by the Surveyor, MANOJ SHARMA on 24th June. At inspection he okayed the damages done on the front side of the car.. however he dis-approved the Fenders and the Rear Back Door. Post this after a loads of persuasion he okayed the repair of rear back door as well. While the car was ready for delivery he disapproved the Cross rail, radiator, Fog Lamps and Fenders. Note : The policy was a ZERO DEBT POLICY from TATA AIG All this while the Surveyor has been harassing me in all means.. he was trying if i could do a favour to which i rejected… I have all the snapshots of the damaged parts which can be produced if required.. I was asked to pay an amount of Rs.18,700/- to settle this and take my car from the Fiat Shop.

I treat this as a case of unethical treatment and case of sheer harassment. I have been chasing the Insurance Co. since long and also filed a case in IRDA for this, however no relief… I need the money back and the apology letter from TATA AIG for harassing me.
