Tata aig is the worst website portal I have seen. I have got 7 policies from this company and I get frustrated everytime I need to review it since i am not able to renew them online. what a shame on such reputed company. I have been writing to the company since last 4 years and my concern is not being addressed. I am not able to create my login since the policy number mentioned on my document does not match. The policy number are saying as incorrect. The password is always incorrect and on resetting the password , email for verification never drop in my email inbox. I dont know why do companies make such complicated system.
