Dear sir, we have seen the Website of Tata Docomo for making a 3G recharge , http://www.tatadocomo .com/3g-prepay. aspx} it has Shown a recharges of Rs.253/- will give a talk time Rs 222/- and 1GB 3G Data, but we have received only the Talk Time balance . later on we have contacted the customer care regarding this issue the they are saying that the plan is no more valid and now the plan has changed to Rs 250/- this is absolutly misleading the consumer , now we have lost almost Rs 100/- for the internet usage . this ias not an issue of Rs 100/- like this so many people are beeing misleaded . please consider it as a suggestion.

Mobile network companies are posting wrong plans in their websites based on which so many consumers are recharging and then realising that it is not the right plan. it is just looting the consumer with wrong info on website . We just want to inform you regarding this looting , please take the action that no other person should face the same issue
