Tata Docomo CDMA – Refund not received and bad customer service.

Respected Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been troubled by the service of Tata Docomo CDMA administration. I had used Tata docomo Post paid connection with number 9248722599 since 2010 and in the month of May’13 I did transfer the same connection to prepaid by using number portable option. While doing that I have cleared all the dues of this account,and people at service center said I will get the deposit amount of Rs 500/- through check to my billing address which I have paid when I took the post paid connection initially. However I didn’t get refund of that in any form. Hence I went to the Tata Docomo Service center in Madhapur, Hyderabad few times, failed to get a satisfactory answer though. They were saying that their system showing that they have have issued refund for RS 478/- and they said sent it to my billing address but I never got it though, i requested them to provide any POD details of the same but never responded to my calls or emails to them regarding this. And also I wonder how RS500/- turned into Rs 478/-. I kindly request you to look into this issue and take the necessary action against Tata Docomo who were so negligible about their customers, they not even responded nice neither when I walked down to service center nor to my emails.
