I have bought Photon 3G data USB stick along with Sim card on 14th March 2014 @ Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt Ltd. Mathikere Branch, Bangalore. Mr.Naveen offered, he will recharge 5GB next month for free of cost. ( As per the attachment.). His availability is not there in the same store nowadays. From 14th April 2014 I have been requesting him to recharge to the same Sim card over the phone. Every day I use to call him minimum 10 – 15 times to remind him in this regard. Every day he use to assure he will recharge by end of day. After speaking to him hardly over the phone on 19th April 2014 from Sangeetha outlet in presence of floor manager of Sangeetha outlet, he told, due to Tata photon 3G internal problem, he could not able to recharge so he will issue other sim card worth of 5GB & issued other sim card on 20th April 2014 @ Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt Ltd. Mathikere Branch, Bangalore.
I have collected the same sim & handed over my photograph & address proof document to the concerned person in the outlet. TILL NOW IT’S NOT BEEN ACTIVATED. Every day I am visiting Sangeetha outlet for requesting to activate the sim card. Sangeetha people are telling, they tried to contact him (Mr.Naveen) but they could not able to trace him. Now Sangeetha people are telling, he is a Tata Docomo promoter, they can’t take responsibility ( they sold their product & they are happy. Whatever happens to customer they are least bothered) & suggested to register a complaint to Tata docomo office, they will take action & activate this sim card immediately. Please don’t keep such people like Mr.Naveen with you, instead of promoting, they will demote your products. Since two weeks I am not able to use internet, requesting to help me in this regard.
