I made an application bearing number CAF No. 5678746 for purchase of new tata data card connection and paid Rs. 1,000/- in cash to Mr. Vilas on 27/12/2012. The device was to be delivered on the next day. I contacted Mr. Abhijeet the concern many times to know the reason for delay. However, every time he has given the excuse that either there was some issue in device (dongal) or not available. Till date I have not been delivered the device. However, it seems that the connection is activated as received the SMS for the tata docomo photon number 9223717737 which is of no use till the device is delivered. Also, it is not known as to what plan is given whether it is given as per the plan agreed with M/s. HPCL.
Not able to log in making loss of money as well as time. Not delivering the product in time and giving excuse and false assurance making harassment and mental agony. Compensation for loss against harassment and mental agony Rs. 2,00,000/- 2. Cost on accont of time and money spent for not giving the product – Rs. 5,000/- 3. Any other relief for further delay.
