Hello sir, I am user of TATA DOCOMO service. the company people deducting the money by activating some or other plans even though i have not activated it.. On 7th July at 10:07AM they deducted Rs 39.38 for Iplayer: Plan which i didnot activated , I called to the customer care at 10:30 after a long conversation they agreed to refund the amount and even I told them to deactivate the plan and dont activate it in future without my request. But i didnot get any refund. From then after I didnot recharge my acoount for almost 2 weeks. On 21st july i recharges my account at 11:00 AM , by 11:07 again 37.77 Rs has been deducted for Movie world plan which is also not activated by me. I am fed up with this TATA DOCOMO.. i am an educated person but still i am struggling to save my money. But what about the millions of uneducated, aged mobile user Fate.
