I have written proof from Tata DoCoMo assuring me speed above 512 kbps, I am getting 100 kbps, despite writing to appellate my complain is not being addressed. appellate is not even responding, I am frustrated with the service quality. I want the refund of dongle price that I paid and close the connection. I paid Rs. 1999.
