This is inform to you that, I m existing Subscriber last three years i have raised many complaint’s to your high authorities ( e.g ) Nodal officer , appellate authority regarding network issue. i didn’t received Vodafone network signal in my phone at my residence address last three months. Signal not received indoor and outdoor location. I have raised lots of complaint regarding matter. if your company not solved this problem. kindly refund the prepaid amount for Rs. 1900 with service tax. Kindly take seriously otherwise i have to go consumer court against your company and take legal action. I will be highly oblige.
