My name is chandan kumar and I m using tata docomo mobile ph number is 8050808028.Sir earlier in my plan I was getting ½ paisa per minute call charge and .03 paisa per msg as I recharged with RS 6 msg pack. I saw that my call charge ws 1 paisa per minute and .03 paisa per msg.on 29/12/2012. I recharged with Rs 45, trans id:- 1000022440419048.from tat time my call rate ws ½ paisa but they started deducting 50 paisa for 1st 3 msg.i called the cust care but they ddnt satisfy me with there words and they didn’t the call.so on 30/12/12 I again recharged my acct with Rs6. To get my msg 0.3 paisa per msg. I received a msg from there side that Rs 6 recharge successful,validity 30 days. all sms local and std at 0.3 paisa .That trans id is 100002241528640.after recharge now again my msg is same 50 paisa .i called there custcre they say u rechrged with 45 plan so u have to pay 50 per msg and they discnted the ph.

I have more work or sms than the call so i want tat sms pack.i m ready to pay 1 paisa for there call charge local or std but i m not ready to pay 1.50 paisa daily for there 100 sms.If they have any rule tat in 45 rs plan sms charge will be 1.50 paisa 1st than at the time of msg cutter recharge of 6 rs why they accepted that money,they shud send the msg that in this plan u cant use this sms cutter plan so ur 6 rs is nt accepted and u dnt have to pay 6 rs to the shop keeper.

I dnt want my 45 rs and that 6 rs back give tat to tat company,just change my plan in which i have to pay 1 paisa per sec call charge and .3 paisa per sms.
