My name is lokesh t and using tata docomo postpaid number . My number is 7200012xxx and another number is 7200025xxx (my girl friend no.) . I use to pay my bill regularly. On 8th of march around 1 my outgoing was barred. When I tried to reach the customer care from my karnataka number 2 times they disconnected my call after getting all my Info and the third time when spoke the consultant that I have to pay 8000 rs. I was shocked after hearing this because my feb month bill was around 700 rs. When I asked what the reason he asked me to contact the store. So I immediately rushed to the docomo store which is located in T nagar, chennai. And they said that I have to pay only 700rs. But in the notes they have mentioned that I have crossed my credit limit and the bill I have to pay is 8000rs then only I will be ab to use my number. I have informed them that from 28th of feb to 3rd of mar 2014 I was in bangalore using my karnataka number. But they are telling me that I have used my tata docomo number in roaming which really pissed of me. And they asked me to wait untill the next bill is generated to analysis it.but I mentioned very clearly that I haven’t used it.and they response was very rude and very unprofessional. And from past I month I am getting mail for an unknown number stating thati have to pay the bill and the number has been registered under murugan whom I dont even know and his account number is 911815xxx . When I checked they have updated my email address without my permission. Please help me..I am going through mental depression. I am losing my job and business because I not able to contact my family or my clients. Please help me In getting fixed this Issue ASAP.
