Tata Indicom broadband – poor service

I am using Tata indicom broadband service for many years now. For last few months their service has degraded to an extent that i have been left with no option but to file a complaint against them. I have a prepaid connection. The min recharge available is Rs 1000/- with a validity period of 3 months. But most of the time their server is down due to some or the other reason, In the month of Sept the Internet was down for almost 1 month due to some cabling issue in our area (Pune city) (Issue from their side). So we could not use the internet for almost a month, Again from Oct 18th there was some problem in Cabling in the city. Now they say the cabling issue is sorted out. But i am still not been able to use the internet and i have filed several compliants since Oct 18th, every time after 48 hours they close the compalint without rectifying the problem. No technician has ever visited our place even after filing repeated complaints.

I expect that Tata indicom extends the validity period for the amount of time internet is down because of their issue and because of their lack of service support and recity the problem ASAP. Also they should compensate for all the time lost during this inactive period.
