This is regarding the complaint registered for wrong data usage provided by the call centre people and system which resulted in high usage of internet.Complaint # 381606207.Account number – 911710100 – 25 GB plan.Connection in the name of Geemion George. I called customer care centre and checked for the data usage from 16th September 2013 onwards and it was only within the limit of 25 GB for the month of September 2013 and all the representative who talked also assured the same. The usage informed to me was 16GB on Sep 16th , and 23GB on Sep 18th .Interaction Ids – 757022005 , 757022963, 757316490 and many more…But after few days on Sep23rd ,the bill (invoice number 1631032832 )was generated with amount Rs.11983/- for September billing cycle Aug 20 -Sep 19.I had registered a complaint for the same. The next month (when I had already stopped using the broadband due to the above issue) , I got a mail asking me to pay around Rs.22000 !!!I had raised a complaint for this also, but it was closed without my knowledge.From this itself it is clear that their system is defective. I called call center without any proper response for 3 months and after that i sent mail to them. They replied that bill is correct and I need to pay the amount.
I need an explanation for the wrong data usage their system was giving and need a waive off for September bill invoice.
