Tata Indicom broadband – Slow Internet speed care centre telling more internet users

Receiving extremely slow internet speed. When complained the technical team says that it is because of more internet users but does not tell when the issue will be fixed. Complaint No: 395960771

Not able to do bank transactions. Not able to apply for university admissions on deadlines. Not able to apply for jobs on deadlines. Have to pay the bill for 3G even when the speed is very slow

Speed should be as stated 3.1 Mbps Money should not be charged for days when the speed was very very slow
