Axis Bank credit Card – PIN not Received

I applied for axis bank credit card and along with that i was supposed to receive pin also.It’s been more than 4 month i got my card and since then i have been asking them to send pin as i am unable to use the card but no response.They keep telling that we have taken your complaint number and concerned team will look into the mater and provide us some time but its been more than 4 months,i have made more than 10 complains on regular basis but they are acting as shameless bunch of people.

I just want that you should look that how come we become so helpless that for 4 months i was requesting the bank to send me the pin number and i didn’t got any response but all joining fees and everything else was taken on time by the bank.I have mail threads that can be used as a proof of negligence from the bank.
