Respected Sir, I Krishnendu Poddar, my MTS no. is 9143043440. I have purchased MTS SIM card of Rs. 499. The facility of this SIM card was life time validity with all local call @ Rs.0.30, On net call balance 9000 sec. free per day and 10 SMS free per day. This was MTS launching facility. I activated my SIM card on 20/06/2009 and avail this facility from the date of activation. But from 13/01/2014 they cancel all facility from my no. then I call customer care executive repeatedly but no response from their site, they always told no data found on your no. call us after 2 hours. I am very confused what will I do. Sir please help me. For your kind information some of my friends who activated MTS SIM card with me also enjoy these facility still now.

I want those facilities which was I have.
