The tata photon no 9212552279 is under my mother Sunila Kumari’s Name and I Pranav use it and make the payment for the same. Below is my complaint Whenever I call in call center to resolve the problem. It is not resolved. I request to be connected to the seniors on duty or SME or Team Leaders or Assistant Manager none of them talk to me. It has always been told to me that they are busy. I called at 10:28 PM today and he was not available as well. Though I was on call until 10:47 PM. Like in 19 minutes he was busy and no senior was available to take my call ? Never a senior was available to make a call whenever i asked for a senior When I said that call me back on 7503613363 agent is mocking me. ! When I was told that I will receive a call back in next 24 hrs I reminded that it better be a call and not a missed call for 2 rings he mocking saying that this time they will call for more rings ! Just pick it up ? what is this ? do they have a policy to discourage a person when he is just asking for his rights and what he is paying for ? Do they have such a policy in practice that they should just give missed calls to people who complaint ? I have been getting only a missed call since I have been complaining. Below are few of my problems I am facing with “Tata Docomo Photon Max” – High Speed Wireless Broadband Service. Kindly help me resolve this. When they have my number 7503613363 registered with them for photon no 9212552279 then why do they make a call on 9310901098 ? Those guys have actually not made a call in last 1 month to resolve the problem. What they do is a missed call. 2 rings to the max and then they disconnect. This is not called solving a problem. They have sent me a wrong billing for the month of Jan 2014. I had requested for one 2 GB bundle for speed booster. they have charged me for 2 of such 2 GB boosters for 8th Jan 2014. Wrong billing. None ever told told me when i was activation the boosters that it will lapse after the 19th Jan 2014. Even after getting speed booster bundle for 2 GB I did not have a speed of 6.2 mbps. Never. In the new billing cycle of 20th Jan 2014 onwards I did not get 6.2 mbps speed at all. What I got was not even 1 mbps. Now this is ridiculous. Then I get an email saying I have used it all up ? what ? ok After this email the speed I get is 4 kbps, and a max of 13 kbps. I think I pay these guys for a better speed. I asked for 2 gb speed boosters on 8th Jan and on 13th Jan as both days I was supposed to have online interview for my MBA in Paris and a job in middle east. Their internet connection was so slow that I could not complete it as well and lost my chances there as well thanks to their slow internet connection. I had called many times to these guys guys from 7503613363 during the last billing cycle because of speed problem but I got no resolution at all. I called to ask how much of my booster data is used then agents could not answer it saying it is not showing in the
Charges for the billing cycle of 20th Dec and 20th Jan to be dropped or removed. Internet speed to be provided as promised in advertisement of Tata photon max 6gb UL 950 plan. Apology letter from Tata Tele Services Corporate people for giving such a pathetic service. Damage or compensation of 15 lakhs for playing with my career and mental stress.
