i have tata docomo 16 tel no and my current monthly rental for all 16 lines is rs. 6000 p.m, but my usage is very low for this phone nos. because of this i have requested on 28th jan 2014 to customer care by sending mail to change my plan from rental of rs. 6000 p.m to rs. 1000 p.m. but in spite of sending several mails in tata & also in trai i have not received any positive response.
they are forcing me to carry a liability of rs. 6000 p.m with any usage. unwantedly they are putting on me mental pressure.
i want very lower plan otherwise refund of my deposit of rs.100000/-
