My name is Francis P.D. I am staying in electronic city.I am using Tata Docomo (8123338xxx). I had bought a new laptop and connected the modem. Without browsing they had cut my 90 mb and rs 4oo without any reason. Actually they had done like this before several times and i had called them many times and always they tell that they cant do anything and are helpless.

I want back my rs 400.
